THE FRONT OF THE MACHINE
The front electrical panel is immediately accessible for any inspections or maintenance by the operator.
Victoria guarantees the total safety of the electrical system and control instruments, which are protected against the infiltration of humidity and accidental contacts.
INTERNAL STRUCTURE
The fan support structure that contains all the heating and cooling systems is arranged vertically for an easy cleaning and maintenance of its components.
HEATING ELEMENTS
These are new, with a straight elongated shape to guarantee great heat propagation.
VENTILATION
Only Victoria is able to guarantee the use of its machinery to incubate any type of egg, thanks to the unique design of the ventilation system.
In fact, the fan central position in relation to the trolleys, which are always adjacent and never overlapping, guarantees an equal and natural distribution of the air to all the eggs and every point of the incubator. Plus, the special position of the intake and exhaust holes facilitates the immediate replacement of the air.

COOLING
This function is provided by a double serpentine tube mounted on the fan support unit; this system halves the cooling timings required to bring the machine to proper operating temperature.
EGG-TURNER
The electric egg-turner system is driven by very low-voltage motors (24 VDC) and is independent for each trolley.
The operator programs its cycle with a PLC based on the need.
HUMIDIFICATION
Victoria offers its customers an interesting choice for humidifying the incubation/hatching environment:
OPTION I
A roller composed of plastic disks for constant, gentle humidification.
OPTION II
Ultrasound nebulization – This system uses ultrasound technology to atomize water and create a“smoke” effect, without changing the operating temperature.
This technology has revolutionized the concept of humidity because it halves humidification time and the relative maintenance costs.
OPTION III
Absolutely unique – humidification through a compressed-air spray nozzle for accurate and homogeneous propagation of the foggy jet. The system is self-cleaning and prevents lime deposits.
